Hi Tats. Well, here's one more person sending you best wishes for lots of luck in the interviews. I know you'll get something really special! You deserve it!
Xed and I got a big surprise last night when I got home. Mom is giving us the money to buy a new refrigerator and washer. And with the money left over, we might even be able to get a new stove. Of course, silly me, I cried. But it is so sweet of her. I am getting really excited about the move, even though I'll probably not get any sleep for the next 2 weeks! :-)

Welcome aboard Onenuttree and Lydia! Glad you could make it. : - ) This is turning out to be a great blog!
And good luck on getting the job Tats!! *hugs*
:-) As for me, the new contract is going great so far (into the 3rd week already), though I almost forgot what its like to work 12 hour days! And I'm still trying to get used to waking up at 7am *ugggh* and to not taking a short nap half way through the day (something I normally do when working my own hours - its must be my mediteranean blood ;-). BTW Tats, the jacuzzi and excercise room is not in my suite! LOL!! And yeah, Lex, I know what you mean. I've lived out of my suitcase for extended periods on many contracts... it can get to you after awhile (I've got stories...). :-( This time it's a nice hotel though, and I've got the rooms straight through to February, so it's more like having a second apartment (but this one with room cleaning, and room laundry and restaurant services). :-PP
Hope everyone's doing well.
- Emile
Wow that is great Tats!! :) I wish you terrific luck. Hope you don't hurt too much today. You will get a great job!

Well, obviously, I still have lots to learn about bloggers. The one without a name is mine, if that helps! Good thing Lexa is there to straighten me out!
Hello all you G2 fans! I am so excited about this blog. Lexa, you get special kudos for starting it and running it. I think it will be a great addition to the g2 "family." And as a start, Mrxed and I should be closing on our house tomorrow, so, please everyone, keep good thoughts for us! I'm glad to see all the regulars signing up, and I'm so glad to be back in the chat room.
As to you, Tats, I'm still rooting for you. You will get a good job! And you, Kimi, will also start getting better. I hate being sick, but I'm like you; when I'm sick, I sleep alot! So, don't worry. Just get better! Love ya all!

I lived in one of those suites for a month or more in Waco, TX. They are nice but not like home.
Nice to see you here Emile ;)
Thanks Tats ;) you are a great teacher.

hahaha Lexa got on my case so I'm here... and glad to be!
This works well for me actually, because during the week when on the road I don't have e-mail or ICQ and only limited IRC. You've probably all heard by now that I finally got a descent contract. It's in the U.S., a 2 hour drive south from here, and should last till the end of January. I plan to stay there during the week, and come back to Montreal for the weekend and maybe even for one evening during the middle of the week. It's in a very small town, where there's REALLY nothing to do. Montreal's the opposite: there's tons to do here. Anyway, the hotel room's great (2 room suite, actually), with 2 TVs, but I don't watch! LOL and there's nothing else to do, except maybe the exercise room or jacuzzi :-P. But the work is fun, so that's what counts, I guess. ; )
Best wishes to everyone. :-)
We are all pulling for you Tats. You will make it :) You will probably be happier with out the tooth too ;)
Good luck :)
well i tried to do that but it wont let me change anything. So I just wanted to say hi and that i missed everyone. Been working like a dog praying that they dont take the world away from me. Too many bills not enough money. I know alot of you can relate to that statement. Which reminds me hope everything works out for you Tats I know how hard it is when you have no money and a sick animal. I have a 3000 dollar rottie because I couldnt bear to see him die of parvo. 1 week of 24hour critical care later he is the huge monster we know and love.I hope it works out the same for you. Kisses and love sulis
