Oooh Heinlein... "The Moon is a Harsh Mistress" and "Red Planet"... I like his stuff, it is definately dated though. But it was advanced for its time. I utilize a lot of the style I got from Heinlein in some of the games I play.
Kimi :) Those are excellent books! I am in the middle of the 4th? one. I had to give it back to the library, they wont let me keep it for 6 weeks at a time aparently :P I felt the same way about books my hubby liked, but it turns out he actually has pretty good taste in some :) If you have never tried Heinlien, DO :)

YAY!!! Blogger Works!!! Well, I went to San Diego... it was... let's say an experience. Since April 3rd, my mother has been staying with me. She says that Kimi reminds her of someone and that Tats is pretty (of course I have said this in chat... so it shouldn't suprise the girls.). But my mother has been driving me crazy with her 'self'. She doesn't go and do much of anything except stay here and watch tv. She also tends to hover... Does anyone else have someone that does that? It is very frustrating ya know... I have given her lots of rules and regulations of my home (heck she said a long time ago... when you have your own place you can make the rules... so I am...). She doesn't seem to be too upset with them... so I need to find something even more intense for her. Maybe "Mom Day" where she must go outside of the house and do something for herself... what do you guys think? Anyways... it is very late... *hugs to all the girls*

Yes Tiree :) seems the blogger folks have fixed it. Good for you Nut :) You will always be busy I suspect! And kimi you are not terrible. Family stuff can be hard. And well other peoples kids are just that. It takes years to develop that immunity to the sounds and sights of messy kids:) And when you dont feel up to it that whole social BS is just that. Blah blah, how are you , blah blah, * seem interested* blah blah,, ask a leading question, blah blah I know just what you mean. Luckily I dont have to mess with all that much. AND when I do, it is with S's family and They are hilarious. It is so worth it to watch his sister rip him up lol. Some days you just dont feel social. You dont want to talk, you dont want to listen. I get that a lot. Odly enough, chatitng does not effect this too much. I dont know if it is the ability to with draw quickly with little fuss, or if it is just a different area of the brain, or maybe not having to emote! But days when I am cranky as all get out I rant at a few and usually feel a bit better :) hehe and I like the new blog action. I enjoy the Bishop one :) Tats, you can tell your TV is dead, you had to go find all your music :) hehehe
Whoah! A new message. So, like this blogger is working again?
Well, Kimi, the LARP sounds so cool. I'm glad you are getting into it and I hope it is extremely successfull for you! And your bio is spectacular! BTW, Happy Easter to Everyone! Hope you all had a nice one. (Kimi--hope yours is better next time!) Ours was nice and quiet, and we really enjoyed the peace. As to the house--pine tree is gone, BIG elm is still there, but most of the branches are gone. May actually come down end of this week, but it has to be done professionally--its only about 100 feet tall! Everyone, thereafter, is invited to the "digging party" for the foundation! Otherwise, just keeping busy, as usual. Unfortunately, seems like everyone else is too! :-( Thanks for the changes to the cams. I love the bathroom cam and also the bedroom cam at Tats. Talk to ya'll soon!
